Electrolux ist ja notorisch im Austüfteln von visionären Haushaltsgeräten, unter anderem durchs jährlich durchgeführte Designlab, dessen Resultate aus dem letzten Jahr jetzt auf der IFA in voller Pracht zu bewundern sind. Neben dem bekannten "Scan Toast" finden sich dabei auch wirklich großartige Konzepte, auf deren Realisierung wir ab sofort ungeduldig warten. Allen voran die Handtasche "E-Bag" mit integriertem Kühlsystem, das mittels Bewegungsenergie betrieben wird, aber auch "iBasket" hat es uns angetan: Die Kombination aus Wäschekorb und Waschmaschine, die automatisch loswäscht sobald der Designer-Zylinder voll ist. Außerdem am Start: "Drawer Kitchen", eine Kombination aus Essplatz, Kühlschrank und Kochfeld für Kleinstwohnungen, der mobile Herd/Esstisch-Hybrid "Coox" und der Kleiderständer "Stratosphere", der die Kleidung desinfiziert.

Electrolux is notorious for coming up with visionary home appliances, most of all because of their annual tour through the Designlab. You could marvel at some of the Designlab-products at last year's IFA, maybe you'll remember the "Scan Toast" - but there's more interesting stuff, that should be market-ready asap! Most of all: the handbag "E-Bag" with an integrated cooling system that's powered by kinetic energy - that's you, weaving the bag nervously. But we also liked the "iBasket", an combination of a laundry basket and a washing machine that starts to wash the laundry as soon as it's full.
Other stuff we saw: The "Drawer Kitchen", a combination of a dining corner, freezer and cooker for micro-flats, the mobile cooker/dining table "Coox" and the hallstand "Stratosphere" that desinfects your cloths.
